Today is the 15th Zuper Zane Anniversary!

Happy 15th Zuper Zane Anniversary!

Today, being March 15th, 2024, marks 15 years since the first story I ever finished, Metor Zane, was finished, making it the 15th Zuper Zane Anniversary, and 15 years since I have started making stories. In this time, Zuper Zane has gotten many stories, 54 stories in the main series alone, and well over 100 outside of that, with new side stories and games being made related to it to this day. There have been many friends who have been here over the years, many of which that have gone their separate ways, and yet, somehow, after all these years, there are still those that have stuck around. To those people, I thank you. To everyone who has given Zuper Zane and it's many spin offs, such as Super Sam, Sam and the Prince, Feralocity, and Kitano, or even Zuper Zane's crossover stories with Mari Umi Kineko and other series of mine, their time of day, I thank you. Even to those that have never read the stories, but have played games that are part of Zuper Zane's canon, like Attack of the Killer Space Cows, and The Earthling Hating Momuians, I thank you. I hope that you continue to enjoy future stories related or not related to Zuper Zane that come out. Zuper Zane and related stories can be found on the secret page located somewhere on this site. Kitty & Sunny's Quest PC is now out!

 The PC version of Kitty & Sunny's Quest is now out for Windows and Linux!

The original Kitty & Sunny's Quest was made in RPG Maker FES, which was on the 3DS, but now that the networks for that are gone, and the original game is harder to find, though still out there, I have decided to make a PC version!

For the world, I used a mix of FES sprites and MV sprites. Some areas look closer to the originals than others.

Added was an option to choose between the FES sprites or the new MV sprites for the main characters! If you choose the MV sprites, the names for Kitty and Sunny will be changed to Cat and Sunela, which were the names that were originally planned to be used for the characters before they got changed!

The plot of the game is as follows: "In an unknown world, everything was peaceful, until five powerful beasts were unleashed. Now, the world faces complete destruction, unless something is done. Thankfully for the world, there are four heroes. ...Four very strange heroes. This is the beginning of a quest where our heroes, Kitty, Sunny, Mari, and Sapphire will have to show the world that the four of them can shine brilliantly together, or else, all hope will be lost."

The battle system in this game had to be redone, as FES and MV's battle systems work differently than one another. Most enemies starting at around Breeze Tower have more health due to party members being stronger, and enemies give more experience due to the party members leveling up slower. Water spells from FES were split into Ice and Water for PC, and Light spells from FES were split into Thunder and Light. This also changes to an extent which elements are useful on enemies. Some classes have new abilities as well.

In this game, the main bosses are the five beasts, and the one controlling them. There are also other bosses, some optional, and others required.

Mari Umi Kineko gets a new Story!

The story I wrote in 2020, The Journey of Mari Umi Kineko, now has a sequel (Mari Umi Kineko II: Ultra) and a side story (Mari Umi Kineko Goes to Momu)! Written by one of my headmates, who's name is also Mari, with involvement from myself, you can see the new work created by our mixed origin system on my other website! This time around, Mari has enemies that are quite different than the ones she faced in the first story, and plus, there's a character many of you who have been around for a while may recognize, Zekk Catson, who managed to get himself tangled up in this! See the continued story of Mari, Airi, Yeoz, and the others, and meet some other characters along the way, some new and some old! Also, Mari didn't hold back with the message she wanted to get across in this new story! I hope you enjoy it!

Update (4/27/2023)

The Games page has been updated! Game Packs are no longer a thing and games are now organized into series, if they belong to one! That is all!

Zezapion's Light IV has been updated!

 

Zezapion's Light IV has been updated! This one is a game changer! Here are a list of changes!

-"Zuper Zane Neo the Game" removed from the title, as it is not Zuper Zane.

-The title screen has been updated.

-Various dialogue changes.

-Star Icefox battle has been updated. She is now much stronger with new abilities, and there is a reward for beating her.

-Henry's final phase has been changed. It is no longer a meme, and he is much stronger.

-Stats and class skills have been carried over from the original Zuper Zane Neo the Game.

-Super Momu is now listed under Special.

-Graphics for various maps have been updated, and encounter rates for some larger maps have been changed.

-Some music has been changed.

-Madason now has new equipment, which can allow her to be closer to a thief if you so choose.

-Overworld sprites for Sassy and Merlin have been updated.

-Some bosses now resists certain ailments, but not all, and it varies from boss to boss as to which ones they resist.

-Samithia and Mipa now have powerful skills they can use on you if you are over level 50.

-Leopardspots and Rainydroplets now have MP so they can use the magic they were already programmed to have.

-Various bug fixes.

Zezapion's Light II has been Updated! (2023)

 Zezapion's Light II Omega has been updated!

The update changed the following

-Battle system has been overhauled, stats and special attacks from the original Zezapion's Light II have been carried over, so now everyone has different stats.

-All weapons that are not spears have been buffed.

-Armor has been divided into four different types: general, light, heavy, and magic. Generally, the light armor has the stats the original armor had, while the magic armor has better magic stats, and the heavy armor has better defense, but worse magic attack.

-The bosses fought in the post game, excluding the final bosses, Poser God, and Time Kitano now have special attacks just like the party, and have their stats changed to better reflect their classes.

-The overworld graphics have been improved in many areas, making certain areas look less empty.

-Music in certain areas has been changed, and boss music has been changed for a few bosses.

-Due to the addition of the special skills, silence and blind are now status conditions that can be inflicted to enemies, and the party as well for the enemies that possess it.

-There is now an NPC in the Secret Room that serves the same purpose as the old man, but for the post-game instead of the main game. You unlock him by defeating the first post-game boss.

-A few NPCs now have new dialogue.

-The "Warrior" class has been renamed to "Knight".

-Georgia's name has been changed to Leaf, in order to better reflect later Zezapion's Light games.

-Various bugs and incorrect dialogue have been fixed.
